Finished parts as you need them

CNC Speedwell offers finishes and finishing processes so that all parts can be delivered direct to lineside for assembly. Finishing is either in house or done in conjunction with trusted and audited ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 approved suppliers. We offer

Balancing; Dynamic balancing of rotating parts.

Marking; Dot matrix, dot peaning, laser etching, or bar code labelling, all in house.

Induction hardening; Using local subcontractors.

Paint; elecropaint, primer and a variety of powder coat finishes.

Pressure test; hydrostatic (water) or pneumatic (air) decay, using special purpose machines including testing up to 20psi, all in house.

Special finishes; Nitrogen based surface hardening.

Plating; Zinc plating using external subcontractors.

Insulation; Using local subcontractors.
